Step Eight

Today is super easy. You have been working on finding a time in your day to listen to a motivational video to move your mind toward personal growth. What time have you picked? While you work out? While you eat? While you shower? Driving to work?

The world will bombard you with negative messages. This is a step toward taking control of your mental programming.

Today we are just revisiting this habit, recommitting to it. And here is a new video for you to listen to. You should choose a new video at least once a week. We are setting a foundation for changing our mindset, which is what controls our emotions and emotional health.
