This step is an assignment, not a habit at this point.
When we stop actively learning, life becomes much less interesting. We are going to start a conscious process of learning.
You can do this in your journal or on a piece of paper. Create a list of some areas of study you would like to become proficient in, anything from a musical instrument or knitting to calculus, cooking, or woodworking. The list could include career skills like computer repair or accounting.
Let yourself think about this for a while, then choose one topic to be a focus of study for the year. Don’t worry about how you will study right now, just pick the topic and post it somewhere, in your room or bathroom.
Keep the list and add to it if new topics come to mind.
